Beekeeping Services
From crop pollination to hive maintenance, honey extraction, and wax equipment preservation. We provide commercial-grade care with close attention to detail.

Precision Pollination Services
We deploy strong, healthy honeybee colonies optimised for commercial crops across the Western Cape. Guided by the WCBA's pollination guidelines to ensure colony health and good crop yields.
- Follow the WCBA guidelines
- Low-stress, night-time delivery and retrieval

Hive Management Services
Designed for landowners, farmers, and conservation initiatives. Our experienced beekeepers oversee all aspects of apiary management, keeping your hives productive, healthy, and in step with the local ecosystem.
- Routine colony health audits and queen tracking
- Pest and disease management (AFB, hive beetle)
- Swarm prevention control through active management
- Ethical surplus harvesting, leaving winter stores untouched

Honey Extraction Services
Harvesting honey can be labour-intensive and requires specialised gear. Bring your honey supers to our facility or let us extract them on-site. We utilise food-grade centrifugal extractors, uncapping forks, and dual-stage fine mesh strainers to bottle your honey safely.
- 100% cold-spin centrifugal processing (no heating)
- Preserves all raw enzymes, pollen, and natural flavours
- Supply raw natural honey in packaging of your choosing
- Small batch separation for trace botanical origin

Hot Wax Dipping of Equipment
Maximise the lifespan of your wooden apiary equipment. We submerge brood boxes, honey supers, floors, and lids in a blend of hot food-grade paraffin and microcrystalline wax at 160ยฐC. This completely dehydrates the timber and seals the cells for decades of Cape weather resistance.
- Seals deep into timber pores, outlasting conventional paints
- Protects against dry rot, moisture decay, and woodborers
- Toxic-free, chemical-free preservation safe for bees
- Ensures hive structural integrity for 10+ years

Wiring of Hives & Frames
Save valuable hours of prep time. We hand-assemble and tension hive frames using heavy-duty eyelets and high-tensile stainless steel wire. Wired frames support comb integrity under the weight of brood or centrifugal honey extraction, preventing costly comb collapse.
- High-tensile stainless steel wire
- Brass eyelet reinforcement to prevent frame cutting
- Available with starter strips or full beeswax sheets
