Delivery Times

All delivery and performance times quoted are estimates and are not binding on Barben Bees. We process orders on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM) and will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Please note that a 3% handling fee applies to all refunds. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and transaction processing costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, live bees, hive components that have been used, and perishable goods (including honey and wax products that have been opened) are not eligible for return.
