Payment Terms
This invoice is payable on presentation. Please use your invoice or quote number and name as a payment reference.
Course Cancellation Policy
When booking a course, please note that cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the course date will be allowed to rebook on another date the course is running. Cancellations made thereafter are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
A 3% handling fee applies to all refunds. This fee covers administrative and transaction processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery & Performance Times
All delivery and performance times quoted are estimates only and are not binding on Barben Bees. We will make every effort to meet quoted timelines but cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.
